| 摘 要： | 论述科研成果与技术产业间的关系：科研成果能促进技术产业的建立和发展；选题立项是科研的前期工作，正确选题是创建新技术产业的关键。提出依托科研成果，创建新技术产业的5个阶段：①研究单位内部消化；②跟踪服务提务性能；③转化成果规模生产；④多种经营扩大效益；⑤开发系列产品保持发展势头，实现科研、产业的良性循环。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the scientific researchachivements and technical industry is discussed,five stages to set up new technical industry are putout: internal digesting of the research unit, track-iilg service to improve performance,changing the achievements to niass production,multi-manage ment to enlarge benefits ,mainataning the increasingtendency through developing serial products to put the research and industry into good developing circulation. |
