摘    要:四川天然气输气管线决长1414km担负西南三省的工业和民用输气任务。近的来因管道腐蚀而爆管的事故不断发生,造成巨大的经济损失和环境污染。为了减少管道事故,输气公司对大量的管道事故进行了分析研究。结果表明:管道中的H2O、H2S、Cl和应力的综合作用造成了管道钢的开裂。针对造成事故的原因采取了控制措施,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The total length of gas pipeline in Sichuan province is about 1414 km. In recent years because of pipeline corrosion,pipeline burst accidents have occurred continuously and caused huge economical loss and environment polution. In order to decrease pipeline accidents, the author studed and analysed the pipeline accidents a lot. Investigation results show that the comprehensive action of H2O, H2S,CO2, Cr and stress brings abort pipeline steel bursts. In according wih the cause of accident control stops have taken and quite good economic and social benefits have gained.
