基于AHP-熵权TOPSIS 法的天津市建筑业竞争力评价研究

摘    要:建立包含9 大分类指标、44 个细化指标的区域建筑业竞争力评价指标体系,利用2013 年相关数据,对天津市与部分省市建筑业竞争力水平用AHP-熵权TOPSIS 法进行评价和排名,通过分析,认为天津市建筑业竞争力资产规模有限,但竞争力过程软实力具有一定优势,并据此现状为天津市建筑业未来发展提出了合理性建议。

Abstract:This paper establishes competitiveness evaluation index system for regional construction industry which includes ninemain categories and forty-four specific indicators. With relevant data in 2013 , this paper evaluates and ranks industrycompetitiveness level of Tianjin and some other provinces and cities on the basis of AHP - entropy TOPSIS method. It finds that thescale of Tianjin construction industry’s "competitive assets" is limited while the soft power "competitive process" has certainadvantage. This paper also provides practical suggestions on development of Tianjin construction industry based on the findings.
