| 摘 要： | 介绍了砂浆车液压系统主要功能和设计原理。在分析砂浆车液压系统动作和功能的基础上,提出了该液压系统的组成方案,并从设计要求和技术参数着手,详细地阐述了液压系统参数的确定、液压元件的计算与选择,在调试过程中提出了问题的解决方法。经过验证:该液压系统适应施工工地转场频繁的情况,可以满足高速铁路建设的需要。
