| 摘 要： | 研制了一种新型非圆齿轮机构,其节曲线是由两种半径的圆弧组合而成.介绍了非圆齿轮机构的结构及其工作原理,并根据几何关系推导了圆弧-圆弧型节曲线参数所需满足的条件.在此基础上设计了齿轮节曲线,并通过修正模数得到了所需的排量.用线切割加工技术制造了齿轮机构样品,与海德曼公司进口齿轮机构在相同条件下进行了对比试验.结果显示.两...
