蒙脱石有机插层复合物的制备及表征

摘    要:以辽宁某地钙基蒙脱石为原料,经碳酸钠钠化改型后,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作插层剂对其进行有机插层处理,考察插层剂的最佳用量。采用XRD、FTIR和DTA/TG等测试技术对所研制的蒙脱石有机插层复合物进行表征,结果表明,插层剂用量为120%mmol/100g CEC时所制备的蒙脱石有机插层复合物的插层效果最好。

Abstract:Calcium montmorillonite from Liao-ning was organic-intercalated by using cety1 trimethy1 ammonium bromide after it was treated by sodium carbonate.The optimal amount of intercalating agent was reviewed.Organic-intercalated montmorillonite composites were characterized by the methods of XRD,FTIR and DTA/TG in this paper.The results showed that the organic-intercalated montmorillonite composites was best when the amount of intercalating agent reached 120% mmol/100 g cation exchange capacity(CEC).
