摘    要:液化石油气储罐在火灾作用下,内部的温度和压力将迅速上升,如不能有效控制则会导致储罐爆炸,并酿成危害性更大的二次灾害。为此,介绍了液化石油气储罐在火灾作用下的热响应过程和机理,并应用计算流体力学软件(CFD)对热响应过程进行模拟研究,还对各影响因素对热响应的影响进行了定量模拟分析。分析结果对于安全设计和灭火救援具有参考价值。

Abstract:When LPG tanks are exposed to fire, the temperature and pressure in the tanks will increase rapidly, if which can’t be controlled effectively, the tanks will explode and lead the secondary disaster with more hazards. Here the process and mechanism of LNG tanks thermally responding to fire are introduced. With calculation fluid dynamics (CFD) software, the simulation study is conducted for the thermally responding process. Meanwhile, the quantitative simulation analysis is made for the influence of different factors on the thermally responding. The analysis results are the valuable reference for the safety design and the fire fighting measures.
