| 摘 要： | 目前,建筑市场工程项目担保制度在某些省市已经出台,徐州市工程项目担保制度试行办法也已在酝酿之中。故此就该制度实施的原因、方法等方面进行了分析,认为可建立和推行三种工程担保制度:投标人的投标担保、中标人的履约担保和招标人的支付担保。

| Abstract: | At present the guarantee system of engineering project in market has been introduced in some other provinces and cities, the proposed measures of this system is brewing in XuZhou. In this paper the author puts forward some ideas on the reasons and ways of carrying out the system and think that there might be three type of guarantee system of engineering project to be established and carried out:the bidding guarantee system of tenderer?the performance guarantee system of selected tenderer and the payment guarantee system of owner calling for tender. |
