摘    要:为了制备环保型水性乳胶 ,采用正交实验法 ,以压缩剪切强度为考核指标 ,研究了多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯 (PAPI)交联聚乙烯醇 (PVA)胶水的反应。在表面活性剂OP 10作用下 ,在水基中用少量交联剂PAPI与PVA进行反应 ,制得了稳定的单组分白色乳胶。适宜反应条件为 :PVA的质量浓度 0 .13g/mL、PAPI的体积分数 0 .6 %、交联反应时间 75min、交联反应温度 2 0~ 30℃ ,粘合木材后的压缩剪切强度达 6 .6 2MPa。

Abstract:In order to prepare an adhesive emulsion of environment protective type, the crosslink ing reaction of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with the p olyaryl polymethylene isocyanate(PAPI) was researched by the orthogonal experimental design method and with the compression shearing strength as examination index. In the presence of surfactant OP 10, a little amount of PAPI was added into the PVA water emulsion, a white steady single component adhesive was obtained. The optimal reaction conditions were found as follows: mass concentration of PAV 0.13 g/mL, volume fraction of PAPI 0.6%, reaction time 75 min, reaction temperature 2030 ℃. The compression shearing strength of the binded wood plate is up to 6.62 MPa.
