| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术在经济社会各领域的广泛应用,IC卡在交通、通信、购物消费、缴纳水电气费、娱乐等社会公共领域得到了推广应用.推进城市一卡通的建设,对于合理配置社会资源,使城市居民便捷地获得各种社会公共服务,全面提升城市公共管理和服务水平,打造服务型政府,培育和发展重庆市IC卡产业,建设长江上游信息中心具有重要的推动作用.如此复杂的系统需要科学规划、科学设计,用合理的投资产生尽可能大的效益. |
