摘    要:在立铣头的加工过程中,对主轴系统的静态和动态特性要求很高,直接影响到加工精度和加工质量,对其主轴以及主轴组件进行有限元分析,掌握其动态特性对了解立铣头的整体刚性和强度有重要意义,可以为立铣头的结构改进提供依据。

Abstract:In the milling processing,the right spindle static and dynamic characteristics of the system demanding a direct impact on the ma chining accuracy and machining quality,the spindle and its components of finite element analysis and it is important to grasp the dynamic characteristics for understanding the overall rigidity and strength milling head,it can provide a basis for structural improvements.
