摘    要:研究了用气相色谱法测定熟食中“霉克星”(Dimethyl Fumarate,DMF)含量的方法。探讨了样品测定过程中有关条件的变化对测定的影响,得到了测定的适宜条件。该方法的回收率在86.03%~95.58%之间,在0.010~500.0μg/mL标准曲线的回归方程为Y=348.96x+845.95,相关系数r=0.9997,RSD小于1.30%(n=10)。本方法操作简单、快速、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于熟食中“霉克星”的日常检测及应用推产。

Abstract:In the paper, a method of the determination of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) in prepared-food by gas chromatography(GC) was studied. Effect of measurement conditions on the methods was investigated and suitable parameters for measurement was found. The recovery of DMF was in the range from 86.03%to 95.58% with relative standard deviation being less than 1.20%. The results are accurate and satisfactory. The method is simple, rapid and efficient, it is suitable for routine analysis of the prepared-food and popularized application to all kinds of foods.
