摘    要:传统的发动机气道试验台是手动调节气门升程及阀门,并手工记录数据,这样容易造成人们疲劳导致测量数据不精确。新研制的气道试验台通过上位机,数据采集模块及传感器完成试验数据采集;通过上位机控制可编程控制器,实现满升程全自动调节气门升程及电动阀门。试验操作方便,数据重复性较好。

Abstract:Traditional engine intake port test rig, which is operated inconveniently by hand, conduces to the test person's fatigue and error result. The new test rig has implemented data-acquisition via the computer and sensors. Moreover, the test rig can adjust the lift-distance of the intake valve and dynamoelectric valve automatically via the computer and PLC. The operation of the test rig is convenient and the test result repetitiveness is well.
