强夯法加固地基的质量缺陷原因与处理

强夯法常用来加固碎石土、砂土、粘性土、杂细土等各类地基 ,可以提高地基的强度并降低其压缩性 ,改善其抗振动液化能力和消除土的湿陷性。在火力发电厂的堆煤场、油罐等构筑物的地基处理中 ,有成功应用的例子。但在雨水充沛的广东地区 ,新建变电站的地基加固中 ,采用强夯法来加固新回填粘土的地基 ,尚属首次。本文就强夯法加固效果方面存在的一些质量缺陷 ,进行原因分析 ,并结合实际 ,提出了切实可行的处理方法 ,可供类似工程借鉴

CAUSE AND TREATMENT OF QUALITY DEFECT OF THE FOUNDATION REINFORCED BY INTENSIVE TAMPER

Intensive tamper is frequently used for reinforcement of various kinds of foundation composed of crushed stone soil,sandy soil,clay,complex fine-grained soil,etc.It can be used for increasing the strength,reducing the compressibility of foundation and improving the ability of anti-vibration fluidization,elimination the wet collapse of soil.There were successful examples of application of this method in the foundation treatment of structures such as coal yard,oil tanks of thermal power plant.But it is the first time to apply intensive tamper to reinforced foundation the newly backfill clay foundation in thereinforced foundation of new-built transformer substations in Guangdong district with plentiful rainfall.This article analyses the cause of quality defect of reinforced effect of intensive tamper and,combining with the practice,suggests the practicable treatment method that can be used for reference by the similar construction project.
