梅山铁矿硫的浮选

摘    要:为了降低铁精矿硫品位,提高选硫回收率,对梅山铁矿矿石性质和浮选生产工艺进行分析,针对矿石含硫不同开展了实验室试验、现场工业试验、电化学调整剂应用试验。结果表明,磨矿粒度是影响浮选指标的重要因素,Na2S化学调整剂适用于梅山铁矿的硫浮选。提出了六条技术措施:入选粒度由50 mm降低到40 mm,采用跳汰机重选设备,采用水力旋流器和高频细筛作为高效分级设备,二次分级溢流细度控制在-200目占65%~70%,稳定浮选矿浆量,推广使用充气式浮选机等,应用后硫回收率由74.62%提高到80.18%,产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
