硅铝杂化P(MMA-BA)耐磨涂料的制备工艺研究

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(ETES)进行自由基共聚制备预聚物,通过溶胶-凝胶法与铝溶胶制备出了有机-无机杂化耐磨涂料。通过磨耗试验与红外光谱对其制备工艺进行了系统研究,结果表明,当MMA和BA质量比为55∶40,树脂与铝溶胶质量比为10∶1,水解缩聚时间为1 h时,涂膜中有效形成了Si—O—Si和Al—O—Si键,具有较好的透明性和抗紫外能力,其耐磨性最佳。

Abstract:The prepolymer was synthesized by methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and triethoxyvinylsilane, and then inorganic-organic hybrid coating was prepared by sol-gel method from the prepolymer and the alumina sol. The preparation technology was systematic studied by wear-test and FT-IR. Results showed that silicon-oxygen-silicon bond and alumina-oxygen-silicon bond were formed, the coating has good transparency and uvioresistant ability, when the ratio of MMA and BA is 55 : 40, the ratio of prepolymer and alumina sol is 10 : 1, and hybridization time is 1 hour, wear resistance is the best.
