N,N-二甲基氨丙基氨丙基聚硅氧烷的应用性能

摘    要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷、N,N-二甲基氨丙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成出改性氨基硅油(ASO-121),利用凝胶渗透色谱、扫描电镜等对ASO-121的物理性能和应用性能进行了系统研究.结果表明,ASO-121的平均摩尔质量增加,氨值增大,所整理织物的柔软效果增强;ASO-121在纤维表面有良好的成膜性;随着氨值的增大,表面摩擦系数越大,所整理织物的白度降低.氨值越低,所整理织物的滑爽性和白度越好.将其与β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)对比可知,经ASO-1整理过的织物,其柔软效果和折皱回复性较好,而经ASO-121整理过的织物,其滑爽性、静态吸湿性和白度较好.

Abstract:A new modified amino silicone oil ASO-121 was synthesized by copolymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and N,N-dimethyl-aminoproyl-aminoproyl methyl dimethoxysilane.Then the physical structure and application performance of ASO-121 had been characterized and investigated by GCP and SEM.The results indicated that when the average molecular weights of ASO-121 increaced,the ammonia increased,it had good softness,with bigger surface friction coefficient.When the ammonia increased,its whiteness descended.As the ammonia became lower,the treated fabric had better smoothness and whiteness.ASO-121 had good film-forming ability on the surface of the fabric.When compared ASO-121 and ASO-1,the cotton treated by ASO-1 had good softness and folding reversion,while the cotton treated by ASO-121 had good smoothness,statical hydroscopicity and whiteness.
