摘    要:目前我国石油钻机品种和质量基本上满足了国内不同地区、不同井深的需要,但与国外先进石油钻机相比还有较大差距。为此,文章设计了一种新型液压蓄能钻机。主要介绍了其设计原则和思路、系统总体设计方案、技术指标和技术关键。还阐述了其蓄能、节能原理。它的主要优点有:充分发挥了液压传动优势,合理地蓄能、用能,节能效果好,整机配置合理等。这种钻机具有我国独立的知识产权,并已取得了中国、美国和加拿大专利。

Abstract:A brand new design thought was used for developing the hydraulic energy storing petroleum drilling rig which is possessed of self governed intellectual property rights of our country and has been patented by China,USA and Canada.This drilling rig gives full play to hydraulic drive′s advantages and can reasonably store and consume energy so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing the collocation power of overall unit.The design principle and thought,overall project design,main technical indexes,key technology and energy storing and saving principles are introduced and the designs of main parts of the drilling rig,such as lift system,energy storing system,rotary system and drilling pump improvement,etc.,are emphatically expounded in the paper.
