摘    要:通过对市场经济下市场细分的概念和标准的论述,认为市场细分对我国的建筑设计有重要的启示:要重视大众参与,组建动态联盟进行协同设计,避免因设计市场的细分而变细小,注意地域文化对建筑的影响等。

Abstract:The article talks about the market segmentation's concept and criterion in market economy, and believes that it may give some important inspirations for our architecture designing, such as thinking much of the general public participation, putting together a dynamic alliance to CSCD(computer support cooperative design), preventing the market segmentation from turning into small and paying attention to any effect of area-culture for architecture, etc.
