摘    要:为准确模拟曲轴的实际工作状况,利用软件ANSYS11.0对曲轴强度进行了三维整体模型有限元分析。采用轴承接触约束边界条件,模拟了曲轴与轴承之间的接触状态。以三缸液压约束活塞发动机曲轴为例,分析了接触约束对曲轴部件有限元结果的影响。结果显示:在压缩和拉伸工况下,最大等效应力和变形相差不大。说明,轴承接触有限元模型满足强度约束,能够比较真实地模拟曲轴工作的实际状况。

Abstract:To accurately simulate the actu to analysis the overall three dimensional tween crankshaft and bearing is simulate crankshaft of triplex hydraulic confined contact constraints is made. The results al el working condition of crankshaft, ANSYS11.0 software is used ement d by the piston e showed model for crankshaft strength. The contact condition beboundary conditions of bearing contact constraints. The ngine is studied. The influence on crankshaft model by that: In the comression and tension working condition, the largest difference between equivalent stress and deformation is little. Note, bearing contact finite element model can meet the strengthen constraints, and be able to simulate the actual work condition of crankshaft.
