摘 要: | 以正交法研究了以4 硝基 4′ 氯二苯甲酮为原料电合成4 氨基 4′ 氯二苯甲酮过程。实验结果表明,以ρ(4 硝基 4′ 氯二苯甲酮)=18 0g/L溶液为原料,与ρ(硫酸钛)=18 0g/L溶液、c(H2SO4)=1 1mol/L硫酸溶液组成电解液,于无隔膜电解池中,在75~80℃、电流密度5A/dm2的条件下,电合成4 氨基 4′ 氯二苯甲酮的收率为82 7%。产物经过高效液相色谱归一法测定,质量分数为99 1%。

Abstract: | 4-Amino-4′-chlorobenzophenone(Ⅰ) was produced in an electrolytic cell without memberane using 4-nitro-4′-chlorobenzophenone(Ⅱ) as raw material.The solution which consisted of 18.0 g/L Ⅱ,1.1 mol/L sulphuric acid and 18.0 g/L titanium sulphate was electrolytically reduced at 75-80 ℃ with current density of 5 A/dm2 to give Ⅰin 82.7% yield.The mass fraction of the product was 99.1% as determined by high performance liquid chromatograph. |
