煤矿救灾机器人环境探测多参数传感器设计

摘    要:介绍一种应用于煤矿救灾机器人的多参数测量传感器模块。该传感器集测量瓦斯、O2、CO浓度和温湿度于一体,可根据温湿度对气体浓度输出进行补偿。硬件电路以AT89LV51单片机为核心,采用X5045看门狗芯片,使系统更加稳定可靠。传感器模块带有RS232接口,与机器人的PC104工控机实时通信更加方便。

Abstract:Presents a multi - parameter sensor, which has application in mine rescue robot. This integrated sensor can detect Concentration of gas, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and measure temperature and humidity in the coal mine, with output compensation of gas concentration. The hardware is configured with AT89LV51 and X5045 chip, thus improving its reliability. This sensor is easy to communicate to PC104 in robot with RS232 interface.
