基于数据直接传递的摆线轮参数化设计

摘    要:为了解决AutoLISP参数化设计产生的摆线轮二维廓形在UG环境下快速生成实体模型的问题,提出了基于数据直接传递的建模方法,利用UG建模模块中样条曲线的文件功能读入AutoLISP函数运行得到的数据,在UG环境中直接生成二维廓形,并通过拉伸和其他特征操作快速得到摆线轮的三维实体模型,从时效上解决了图形数据从一种环境向另一种环境中的转换.

Abstract:Based on direct data transfer,a new modeling method in UG is presented.The fast modeling of cycloid-gear whose 2D profile data generated in AutoLISP is achieved by this method.Using the file function of spline curve in UG modeling module,the data calculated by AutoLISP is loaded in UG.The 2D profile of cycloid-gear is directly obtained,and then,the 3D model is constructed by extruded body and other functions.The problem of data transferred in different software is successfully solved by this method.
