煤气加热炉分布式智能优化控制系统

摘    要:针对某钢铁公司煤气加热炉原系统存在的超调量大,升降温速度慢,燃耗高的问题,提出了分布式智能优化控制系统.首先介绍了系统的总体设计方案,然后详细阐述了数据通信网络与智能优化控制器的设计与实现,最后对实际运行效果进行分析总结.在本文中采用的多线程多协议数据通信技术和智能优化控制算法,有效地解决了生产中存在的问题,为产品质量产量的提高提供了有力保障.

Abstract:The hierarchical intelligent optimization control system is proposed in the paper, to resolve some iron and steel enterprise problems of the big regulation error, the slow temperature regulation velocity, high heating cost. Firstly, the whole design project of the system is introduced. Secondly, it is explicated the designment and realization of data communication network and the intelligent optimization control methods using expert system and fuzzy control. Finally, the analysis and conclusion is given according to the practical results. The multithreading,multi-protocol data communication technology and the intelligent optimization control method is proposed, which effectively resolves the practical problems and strongly advances the output and quality of the product.
