敞开式食品冷藏陈列柜融霜系统的改进

摘    要:目前食品冷藏陈列柜大多采用电加热进行融霜,电加热的热量仅15%有效,其余均耗散在陈列柜内部,既危害冷藏食品的安全,又增加制冷系统的运行能耗。改进后的融霜系统利用冷凝后的制冷剂液体进行融霜,同时利用霜和融化水的冷量对制冷剂进行过冷,有利于提高制冷系统的制冷效率;且蒸发器融霜对柜内食品温度的影响较小,有利于保证冷藏食品品质;从最内层开始融霜,霜层容易脱落。最后对改进后的陈列柜系统进行了技术经济分析,在经济性分析时采用动态投资回收期法作为评价指标,考虑了资金的时间价值。

Abstract:Electric heater is widely used in food refrigerated display cabinets to defrost because of its simplicity and feasibility, but only 15 percent of the total heat is useful and the left enters into load volume, which will influence quality of displayed foods and enhance energy consumption of refrigeration system. The improved defrost system of refrigerated display cabinets can increase refrigeration eiticiency and is almost not bad for the quality of these displayed foods when defrosting, because the novel system use the cold capacity of frost to supercool refrigerant liquid, and meantime use the hot refrigerant liquid to defrost, the speed of which is acceptable. Technical and economic analysis method is used to analyze this new system, and adopt dynamic invest callback period as economic estimate guideline by considering time value of capital.
