摘    要:新钢烧结厂就新建180m^2烧结机如何节能降耗,改善烧结矿质量,满足高炉冶炼需求进行了大量的摸索工作,通过采取稳定原料成分、提高混合料温度、降低漏风率及规范操作等有效措施,烧结矿质量得到稳步提高,烧结能耗也明显下降。

Abstract:For 180 m^2 sintering machine, sintering slant of Xinyu iron and steel company has carried out plenty of practice how to economize the energy, reduce the consumption, improve the quality of sintered ore,in order to meet the smelting,requirements of blast furnace. By the way of stabilizing the material component,increasing the temperature of blended mix ,reducing the air leakage rate and regulating the operation practice ete,the quality of sintered ore has been improved and the energy consumption has been reduced.
