PHMS反应加工改性PVC的转矩流变性能研究

摘    要:采用Haake Rheomix600P密炼机研究了PHMS(202#,206#)反应加工改性PVC时转矩流变性能的变化,结果发现,随着PHMS含量的增加,TQmax和TQmax之后的转矩值下降愈快,PVC熔融等过程消耗的能量愈少,但是PVC/PHMS的TQeq一般较PVC的TQeq略有提高。Si-H基团含量罚高的202#除了在降低能耗方面不及206#外,对应的物料温度比加入206#时高。

Abstract:The torque rheological properties of PVC modified by reactive processing with two kinds of PHMS were studied in this paper. The results showed that TQmax and the torque behind TQmax decreased and the energy consumption of PVC became less with the increasing amount of PHMS, but TQeq of PVC/PHMS was slightly higher than that of PVC. Except that 202 # containing more Si-H was inferior to 206 # in the aspect of decreasing the energy consumption, correponding material temperature was higher than that of 206 #.
