摘    要:分析了目前中国石油天然气集团公司内部对石油天然气输送管供应任务的分配现状。提出了一套输送管供应项目优化的数学模型,并依据此模型开发了输送管供应系统。系统以原料(钢卷、钢板)和钢管运输成本、项目交货期为约束条件,依据生产线的产能和当前的生产计划,采用优化算法进行排产方案分析和计算,最终给出多种优化方案。该系统为管线项目的任务分配提供基本的成本核算、生产能力安排等方面的科学依据,解决了当前诸多大型项目不能准确评估剩余产能、交货期以及原料产品运输成本等问题。

Abstract:This article analyzed supply task distribution current status in oil and natural gas transporting pipe in CNPC,put forward a set of optimized mathematics model for transporting pipe supply project,and developed a set of software based on raw material(steel coil,steel plate),transportation cost of steel pipe and delivery time.According to capacity and current production program,adopting optimized calculation method to analyze production schedule,finally presented a system containing many kinds of optimized projects.This system provided scientific evidence of basic cost accounting and capacity arrangement to pipeline project task distribution,resolved some problems in many large-scale projects,such as not accurately evaluate spare capacity,delivery schedule,and transportation cost of raw material,etc.
