Control and Management of the Yellow River Water Resources

Since the harnessment work of the Yellow River was conducted,the management of the Yellow River water resources was strengthened,control ways of ice run prevention through Sanmenxia and Liujiaxia reserviors were perfected and improved gradually,great economic benefit and social benefit were gained by water amount control of the Yellow River. The water resources in the Yellow River should be managed and controlled in unison. Under the condition of ensuring safety of flood and ice run prevention, the management of the Yellow River water resources should be strengthened by all kinds of method;the disposition of the Yellow River resources be optimized;and the water amount in the Yellow River be controlled reasonally in order to raise the integral utilization benefit of the Yellow River resources. In the days to come,management system of the Yellow River water resources suitable to the Yellow River features should be set up to conduct united planning, controlling, water fetching permission, collecting of water resource fees,management of water quantity and quality,thus make the limited Yellow River water resources serve the national economy and social development of the area along the Yellow River better.
