筒仓贮料压力计算理论与方法

摘    要:从平衡条件和常系数假定出发,建立贮料压力微分方程,导出了正倒锥漏斗、倒锥漏斗、正锥仓筒及圆仓筒的竖向压力计算公式.给出了贮料压力特性指数新概念及相应测试数据,提出了依赖于贮料压力特性指数ξi的法压力系数、侧压力系数计算公式,总结出了依赖于ξi的筒仓贮料压力特性与分布规律.本文各项公式、诸公式间的相互联系及依赖于ξi的贮料压力特性与分布规律,构成了漏斗与仓筒统一的贮料压力计算理论.按文中公式计算的贮料压力数值与模型实验测试数据相近.本文成果对筒仓工程设计具有实用性和针对性.

Abstract:A method for the Pressure calculation in silos is Proposed in the paper. It is based on a new concept that is the character istic index of pressures. We find that the lateral and the normal pressure coefficients can get from the characteristic index of Pressures. What is more, the Pressure distribution in silos is varied with the characteristic index of Pressure, So, We establish a unified theory for the Pressure calculation in hoppers and cylinders. The calculating results are more agreed with that of the model tests. The research achievement is practical and purposeful for the silo design.
