| 摘 要： | 首先分析了建筑物的沉降原因，给出了纠倾和地基加固施工方案，根据锚杆静压桩的工作原理及其设计理论确定了桩数并验证了施工方案的可行性，实践结果表明，各观测点倾斜值满足规范要求，实现了纠倾的目的。

| Abstract: | The reasons for the settlement of the building are analyzed in this paper and the construction program of deviation rectification and foundation reinforcement are given.And then according to the principle and design theory of the anchor jacked pile,to determine the numbers and verify the feasibility of the construction program.The results show that the observation point value can be to meet regulatory requirements,to achieve the deviation rectification. |
