摘    要:分析了密封系统中硬对偶件表面粗糙特性对密封系统工作性能的影响,揭示了在相对运动密封零件表面间摩擦学过程中出现的微观曲路密封效应和微观跑合效应,为通过控制密封系统中硬对偶件表面加工工艺以形成优秀的表面形貌,来提高密封系统的工作性能提供了新的思路和概念。

Abstract:The effect of surface roughness characteristic in connection with the hard counterpart in sealing systems on the operating performances of sealing systems is investigaed. Two effects, micro-labyrinth sealing effect and micro-running in effect are revealed which occurred in tribological course between two relative moving sealing parts. The new concept and though are put forward that the excellent surface surface of hard counterpart in sealing Systms can be produced by means of contralling the surface machining technology to improve the operating pefores of sealing systems.
