中导向偏心注聚器及配套工具的研究与应用

摘    要:为提高偏心注聚器的投捞成功率,综合考虑上、下两种导向方式的优缺点,开展了中导向偏心注聚器及配套工具的研究。该注聚器在常规偏心配水器结构基础上,将导向体上移至偏心工作筒中部,并可依据不同驱替介质分注要求更换根据不同功能设计的堵塞器,同时通过改变降压槽的规格来改变节流压差,减少能量及压力损失。室内实验表明,采用该偏心注聚器的分注管柱的一次投捞成功率达到98%,节流元件在70 m3/d流量范围内,最大节流压差可达到2.5 MPa,对聚合物溶液黏损率小于9.2%。现场应用表明,应用该注聚器的分注管柱一次投捞成功率95.6%,较原有技术提高6.9%,2~3层分注井投捞、验封和流量调配有效用时1.5 d左右,较原有技术提高40%。该偏心注聚器的性能可完全满足二、三类油层聚合物驱分注的要求。

Research and application of polymer eccentric distributor and matched tools with mid-director

Abstract:In order to improve the dropping and fishing success rate of eccentric polymer distributor, mid-guild polymer injector and matched tools were developed by considering the merits and demerits of upper director and bottom director. On the basis of conventional eccentric water distribution structure, the director was moved to the middle of regular eccentric work guide tube. The plug designed for special usages can replace according to the requirement of separate injection for different displacement medium, besides, the throttle pressure difference change with changing of buck slots specifications to reduce the pressure and energy loss. Indoor experiments show that: the initial dropping and fishing success rate of tubing string with this polymer eccentric distributor can be 98%, and the max throttle pressure difference can up to 2.5 MPa with flow rate 70 m3/d, besides, the viscosity loss rate is less than 9.2%. Field application results show that one dropping and fishing success rate of separate injection tube with the polymer eccentric distributor is 95.6%, compared with the original technique to improve 6.9%. The effectively time-consuming of dropping fishing, inspection sealing and flow deploy is nearly1.5 d for 2 to 3 layers injection wells and about improved by 40% compared with the original technology. The performance of this mid-director polymer distributor can meet requires of polymer separate injection technology in thin poor reservoirs.
