樊家地区致密砂岩油气藏钻井关键技术

摘    要:樊家地区致密砂岩油气藏开发是胜利油田的开发重点。针对该地区井身结构复杂、致密砂岩特点和施工技术难点,在总结前期樊154-平1井等6口井从一开、定向段、稳斜段到完井的施工经验的基础上,优化了井身结构、钻头选型、钻具组合、钻井液技术,配套形成了樊家地区致密砂岩非常规井优快钻井技术和安全钻井液技术,并在樊家地区樊154-6HF井等4口非常规井中进行了应用,机械钻速较前期施工的井提高10%以上,钻井周期缩短了10%以上,为后续非常规井的开发提供了经验。

Key technology on drilling oil and gas reservoirs of tight sandstone in Fanjia area

Abstract:Development of tight sandstone gas reservoir in Fanjia area in 2012 is the development emphasis of Shengli oilfield. In view of the complexity of the wellbore configurations, the characteristics of tight sandstone and difficulties in drilling operations this area, this paper summarizes the drilling experience from the first spud, directional section, buildup section to well completion of six wells including Fan 154-Ping-1, ect.; optimizes the wellbore configurations, bit selection, BHA, and drilling fluid technology; forms the fast drilling technology and safe drilling fluid technology for Fanjia area sandstone unconventional well, which applies to 4 unconventional wells (e.g. Fan 154-6HF), and achieves good results. The ROP is increased by more than 10% compared to previously completed wells, and drilling cycle is shortened by more than 10%, which providing valuable experience for the subsequent development of unconventional wells.
