艾哈代布油田大位移水平井ADMa-1H井钻井技术

摘    要:ADMa-1H井是伊拉克艾哈代布油田第1口大位移水平井,也是艾哈代布油田目前为止水平段最长、垂深最深的水平井。该井用常规随钻测量仪器(MWD)和螺杆动力钻具组合完成1 500 m的152.4 mm小井眼水平段的施工记录。针对大位移水平井轨迹控制难度大、水平段摩阻扭矩大、易发生井漏、卡钻等施工难点,通过优化井身结构设计、优选钻具组合和钻井参数、水平井轨迹控制技术研究,最终实现了全井井眼轨迹质量优质、无各类井下复杂事故发生。该井的成功为艾哈代布油田进行大位移水平井钻探作业提供了宝贵经验。

Drilling technologies used in ADMa-1H Well,an extended-reach horizontal wells in AHDEB Oilfield

Abstract:ADMa-1H Well is the first extended-reach horizontal well in AHDEB Oilfield of Iraq. Till now, its horizontal section length is the longest, and its vertical depth also is the greatest in all completed horizontal wells. It makes a new record in which a set of normal MWD tools and screwdrill were used to drill a horizontal section of ?152.4 mm with a length of 1 500 m. In view of some difficulties in extended-reach horizontal wells, such as well trajectory control, high drag and torque in horizontal section, easy fluid loss and stuck pipe, etc., through wellbore configuration design optimization, BHA and drilling parameter selection and research in well trajectory control technology, we finally realized high quality in the whole wellbore of ADMa-1H well with no occurrence of downhole troubles. The success of this well provides precious experience for drilling of extended-reach horizontal wells in AHDEB Oilfield.
