一种基于制造过程信息传播关系网的生产进度提取和跟踪方法

针对定制型企业生产进度提取和订单跟踪困难的问题,建立了一种基于复杂网络的制造系统网络模型——制造过程信息传播关系网(information spreading relationship network in manufactoryprocess,ISRNMP),该网络由任务分派网、任务完成反馈网、纯粹信息传递网互联和交织而成。首先定义了一种描述ISRNMP节点之间关系的数据结构,用于描述任务分派网、任务完成反馈网、纯粹信息传递网的生成机制;其次定义了基于ISRNMP的任务完成率和任务完成不确定性来描述制造任务的完成情况;基于上述定义,给出了ISRNMP的演化算法,并在此基础上推导出了基于网络节点的生产进度的提取方法。实例证明该方法可有效地解决定制型企业从微观到宏观全过程的订单进度提取和跟踪困难的问题(即既能解决单个生产工人、工段的进度获取,又能解决整个生产系统的进度跟踪问题)。
