Abstract:This paper has studied the market of bottled drinking water in China. The definitions, developed history and present conditions of all kinds of drinking waler were detailed introduced. Nowadays the monopolistic dominative status of fizzy beverage for long time has been superseded by that of bottled drinking water which wins the first position in the top ten beverage by 40.64% marketing occupation . Among it, the pure water lies absolutely superior status, the product of mineral water is also increasing and the other drinking water is hoped to he developed further henceforth. The article explained both internal and external condition for the development of bottled drinking water, and the notional standards for bottled waler processing. Finally the paper analyzed problems existing in the development of bottled drinking water market and puts forward the corresponding prospects.
