中心城区既有中小型公共建筑节能改造案例研究

摘    要:研究了上海中心城区既有中小型公共建筑围护结构、用电系统(空调、照明)、运行管理系统等节能改造技术,分析了为实现综合节能50%的改造目标进行的改造案例实施情况.通过改造前后的能耗实测对比,单位面积能耗由44.7 kW· h/m2降低到27.2 kW·h/m2,实现了综合节能39%.

Abstract:The energy saving retrofitting technologies for the existing mid-small-size public buildings in downtown were expounded,including technologies on envelope insulation,air conditioner,lighting systems,and operating systems.It analyzed the cases,with the aim of comprehensively saving 50% of energy.With the comparative analysis before and after retrofitting,energy consumption per unit area is reduced to 27.2 kW·h/m2 from 44.7kW·h/m2,achieving a comprehensive energy-saving 39%.
