低碳社区的节能技术经济分析

摘    要:上海某高档住宅小区采用了地源热泵系统,对此进行了技术经济分析.对小区分别采用地源热泵系统及VRV系统在设备的容量配置、设备功率、运行费用进行计算比较,分析结果表明:该小区采用地源热泵系统要比VRV空调系统造价低10%,运行费用要比VRV空调系统节约54.7%,在高档小区采用地源热泵空调系统具有良好的使用价值.

Abstract:Economic and technical analysis on the GSHP system design in an upscale residential community in Shanghai are compared with the VRV system design in difference aspects including system capacity,complexity of power electronic components,and running expenses.The results illustrate the ground source heat pump design is superior in such an application,because it can save 10% of the cost and 54.7% of the running expense.
