摘    要:主要介绍了大中型水轮发电机组推力轴承常用的结构形式,即支柱螺钉支承的推力轴承和弹性油箱支承的推力轴承,并分析了各自的结构特点、适用范围。在此基础上,又着重分析了不同结构支承的推力轴承主要零部件推力瓦、托瓦和托盘的受力及变形特点,并根据此特点总结出计算推力瓦、托瓦和托盘的机械变形值的方法,及判定变形值的界限和托盘强度计算的安全系数。保证轴承安全运行,并给设计时优选推力瓦、托盘或托瓦的厚度提供了计算方法。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the common structures of thrust bearing in largeand medium-sized hydraulic turbine generator, i.e. the thrust bearing supported with pillar screw and the thrust bearing supported with flexible oil tank, and analyzes their structural characteristics and application scope. Based on this, the force and deformation characteristics of main components and parts of thrust bearings with various supports such as thrust bearing pad, support pad and support dish are mainly analyzed, thus the method to calculate their values of mechanical deformation, the boundaries to determine the deformation values and the safe pa- rameters to calculate strength of support dish are summed up. It can ensure the safe operation of bearing and provide the calculation method to optimally select the thickness of thrust bearing pad, support pad and support dish in design.
