低压电机绕组挂漆量工艺研究

摘    要:目前低压电机绝缘结构已趋于成熟,如何进一步提高绕组整体绝缘结构的机械强度和电气强度成为行业的研究方向.减少浸漆烘焙过程中绝缘漆的流失,提高绕组的挂漆量,有利于提高绕组端部的机械强度和电气强度,可显著提高产品的可靠性.并通过大量的试验数据统计,对提高绕组挂漆量进行了工艺研究,指出了提高绕组挂漆量的切实可行的方法.

Abstract:The insulation construction of low-voltage motor has matured at present.How to further enhance the mechanical strength and electric strength of entire insulation system of windings have become a industrial research direction.Reducing the leakage loss of insulating varnish and increasing the varnish-contained amount of windings during the processes of impregnating and baking are of benefit to improve mechanical strength and electric strength of end windings,thus it can significantly improve the reliability of products.Based on a large number of statistical test data,the technological research on how to increase varnish-contained amount is carried out.A practical and effective approach to increase varnish-contained amount is presented.
