摘    要:ACCR导线是种新型导线,它看上去与传统的ACSR基本相同,但它是由合成材料和耐热铝合金组成.它的主要特点是高强度、重量轻(钢芯的1/3),良好的传导性能(钢芯的3倍)以及热膨胀系数低(钢芯的1/2),因此可以在低弛度重量大线段替代钢导线.美国在2个不同地点对这种新型导线进行现场试验,以验证其各种性能.

Abstract:ACCR is a new kind of conductor, it looks like conventional ACSR conductors, but is made of composite materials and heat resistant aluminum. The key core properties are high strength, lightweight (1/3 that of steel); good conductivity (3 times that of steel), and low thermal expansion (half that of steel), therefore providing a replacement for steel conductors at a fraction of the weight and lower sag under thermal loads. Different sizes of ACCR and a full range of accessories were installed in multiple field locations to evaluate and document real-world performance.
