摘    要:研究了不同诱导物对StreptomycesolivaceovirdisE— 86产高活性木聚糖酶的影响。采用了 3种木聚糖 (桦木木聚糖、水不溶木聚糖和醇不溶木聚糖 )作为碳源进行发酵。在培养液中最适含量桦木木聚糖和水不溶木聚糖是 1 5 % ,醇不溶木聚糖 2 0 % ;产生的木聚糖酶酶活不同 ,水不溶木聚糖产酶酶活是桦木木聚糖的 3倍 ,是醇不溶木聚糖 4倍 ;发酵时间对酶活量和pH有很大影响

Abstract:This study found that the different xylans(birch xylan, water-insoluble xylan and ethanol-insoluble xylan from corncob) used as the carbon source had an important influence on xylanase production from Streptomyces olivaceovirdis E-86.The water-insoluble xylan was most beneficial to inducing xylanase, not only the optimum dosage (1.5%) in fermentation process was least, but also the xylanase activity was highest. When water-insoluble xylan as the carbon source was 1.5?g/mL,the highest activity of xylanase is 3 times of birch xylan and 4times of ethanol-insoluble xylan. The time of fermentation have influence on enzymatic activity and pH.
