摘    要:在研究镜片光学畸变的基础上,提出了使用普通定焦镜头替代定制工业镜头进行摄影测量的方法,采用VDI/VED2634 Part I提供的检测方法,将定制镜头和一组普通镜头进行对比测试,并将获取的相片统一在TRITOP软件中进行计算,得出测量点群的三维尺寸。研究结果表明,测量结果的标准差小于0.125mm,极差小于0.323mm,并且其质量品质参数ENIK也符合要求。现场测试结果表明,使用普通定焦镜头测量完全能够满足测量需求。

Abstract:Based on the researches of len distortions,this paper presented an opinion that it was applicable to directly replace the industrial tailor-made lens with normal prime lens. The comparison tests were performed between photos of tailor-made lens and photos of normal lens by examination methodology requested by VDI/VED2634 Part I, and the calculation was performed by TRITOP within the comparison photos in order to obtain the data cloud.  The research displays that the measurement results, root mean square error is less than 0.125mm and range is less than 0.323mm. In addition, the parameters ENIKmeet the qualification requirements too. Furthermore, during the on-field testing, the normal prime lens is sufficient to meet the requirements of measurement and qualification in the industrial applications.
