电池极片轧机液压压下系统的建模仿真与实验研究

摘    要:为了提高极片轧机的轧制效率和轧出极片质量,对极片轧机液压压下系统进行了分析,给出了电池极片的负载特性方程,建立了包括液压泵站在内的系统仿真模型,并对恒轧制力和恒位移两种方式进行了实验和仿真分析对比。仿真结果与实验结果基本一致,表明所建立的仿真模型具有实际参考价值,为液压控制系统参数优化和设定合理的压制工艺提供了依据。

Abstract:To improve the pole piece mill rolling efficiency and rolled sheet quality, this paper analyzed hydraulic pressure system, getting the load characteristic equation of battery pole piece and dynamic simulation model of the hydraulic system. The experimental and simulation with constant rolling force and roll gap was also analyzed and contrasted. The simulation results are basically identical with the experimental ones, shows that the established simulation model has practical reference values and provides an important basis for the hydraulic control system parameter optimization and setting reasonable pressing process.
