摘    要:尾部烟气氯含量的准确测量对提高锅炉燃烧的经济性有重要意义。本文把软测量技术应用于思部烟气氯含量的测量,主要通过机理分析建立了氯量软测量模型,仿真验证表明建立的氯量软测量模型能够较好的反映实际氯量的变化,同时提出了一种基于锅炉负荷调整烟气氯含量设定值,再进行风煤比寻优的电站锅炉在线燃烧优化方案,达到了节煤降耗的目的。

Abstract:The accurate measurement of oxygen content in flue gases is significant for the improvement of the economic combustion. The soft-sensing technique is used to measure oxygen content in flue gases in this paper. Setting up the soft-sensing models of oxygen content through mechanism analysis, and this soft-sensing model fit well with the practical oxygen content, which is illustrated by the simulations. At the same time, the paper states a solution, which attunes the set value of the oxygen percentage based on the boiler's load, then optimizes the rate between air and coal. The practice exhibits the solution's easiness and effectiveness. which increased the combustion efficiency of the boiler notably, saved the coals apparently.
