| Abstract: | The effect of resonator mismatching and misalignment on mode coupling is analysed comprehensi-vely,and the relationship of power coupling factor of modes with mismatching parameters,misalignment displacement and misalignment angle are discussed respectively. The result of discussion demonstrates that,the energy loss of the incident mode which caused by mismatching is negligible,but the energy loss of the incident mode which causedby misalignment is very serious. Misalignment can also cause odd-even modes coupling. |
