| Abstract: | The basic concept of library information resource was investigated from a broad and a narrow senses. It is pointed out that the internal mechanism of library information resource is aimed at boosting the smoothly transformation from general information to knowledge information and intelligence information which characterized at special direction and serialization . The main form of information resource development based on modem library was presented. |
