| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法等研究方法,对北京市普通高校教师的体育生活方式进行调查,并对其影响因素进行分析,提出了构建高校教师健康体育生活方式的对策。为北京市普通高校教师形成良好的体育生活方式,促进北京高等教育事业的健康有序发展,为首都高校制定相应的群众体育方针、政策、措施提供有价值的参考。

| Abstract: | Using literature and documentation, interviews, questionnaires, logical analysis and statistics and other research methods, we investigate the sports lifestyle of teachers in colleges and universities in Beijing, analyze the factors which influence it, and point out how to build a healthy lifestyle. To form a good sports lifestyle of college teachers of Beijing, to promote the healthy and orderly development of higher education in Beijing, to develop appropriate sports guidelines corresponding mass, policies and measures for the capital universities, this survey can provide a valuable reference |
