测井畅通器的研制

针对测井仪器的引鞋种类单一，测井仪器下井过程时常发生阻卡，导致多次通井及重复处理，影响工作进度并使成本增加的问题，研制了滚动式被动牙轮测井畅通器。该装置的特点是将原先的上下运动由滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦，从而大大降低了运动阻力；在装置最下部增加了三个导向自转牙轮，能够产生导向力并可将重力和惯性力转化为对井壁凸起部分的刮削作用。该装置进行了现场实验，达到了预期效果。

The well logging tool is often blocked when it goes down or up in downhole,so a trip unblocking apparatus for the well logging tool in downhole is developed.The one feature is the apparatus can greatly reduce blocking because the sliding friction is transformed to rolling friction when the well logging tool goes down or up.The second feature is it can create guiding force with three rotational guiding gears to change the gravity force and inertia force to the force to cut the bulges on the wall,and help the logging tool goes down or up automatically.The practical experiments show good results.
